Alluring Roast Chicken (or Duck)

5 oz. Maury Island Farm brand Apricot Allure fruit topping
3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Crushed Garlic
1 - 3-4 lb. Chicken or Duck

1. Mix Maury Island Farm brand Apricot Allure, soy sauce, and crushed garlic. Brush over chicken or duck, covering all parts. Reserve extra sauce.
2. Roast in hot oven (400 degrees F), periodically brushing on additional sauce. Roast until juices run clear when breast is cut.
