PBJ/RAZ Cookies

1 - 11 oz. Jar Maury Island Farm brand Seedless Red Raspberry Preserves
1 Cup peanut butter
1 Cup sugar
1 egg

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Mix peanut butter, sugar, and egg in a bowl, and combine thoroughly.
  3. Spoon teaspoon sized drops of dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. Press your thumb into the center of each cookie, forming a small indentation in each. Spoon approx. 1/4 tsp. of Maury Island Farm Seedless Red Raspberry Preserves into each indentation.
  5. Bake for 7 minutes. Kids love 'em.
